Cookie and similar technologies policy

In the signed-in area, prosp3ctiv.product-draft.v1: and prosp3ctiv.conversation-import.v1: retain recovery copies in localStorage, separately for each account and worksheet or import. Confirmed account storage is separate from the local copy. An unsaved product worksheet copy remains until saved, removed or cleared through browser settings.

An import copy contains only the anonymised draft. It is accepted for recovery for seven days after its last edit and is removed after confirmed account saving, or when reopened if expired or no longer needed. If the page is not reopened, clear local site data to remove the copy. Detectable identifiers block saving new text; the material stays in page memory until corrected. These copies do not store access keys, passwords or another account’s data. After explicit removal, a content-free technical marker may remain locally to prevent an old draft from another tab from reappearing.

In the signed-in area, prosp3ctiv.voice-recovery.v1 retains one untranscribed intervention and its working text, separately for each account and session. Local audio is accepted for recovery for 24 hours; a text-only draft for seven days. The copy is removed on confirmation or explicit removal, or when reopened after expiry. If the page is not reopened, clear the site’s browser data to remove the copy. Content-free markers may remain to prevent a removed draft from another tab from reappearing. These copies do not contain API keys or passwords.

p3-twenty-brief-v3 retains the brief and current step only if you choose “Save progress in this tab”, for at most 24 hours within the tab session. Contact details, final notes and acknowledgement are not retained. The technical submission key and hash, and saved-request confirmation, are retained separately to avoid duplicates. They are not visitor-tracking identifiers.

p3-hero-brand-v5 stores only the value complete in sessionStorage after the hero animation, so it does not repeat in the same tab session. It contains no identifiers, answers or contact details. The static logo and navigation remain accessible with reduced motion or unavailable storage.

p3-research-application-v1 automatically retains answers, the current step, the technical request key and hash, and, after storage, the interpretation and notification status in sessionStorage. It does not retain the contact fields. Avoid personal or confidential information in free-text answers. Progress survives reloads in the same tab; its lifetime depends on the browser session.

“Start again” clears this assessment’s tab progress only, not an application already submitted. Blocked storage is reported; answers then remain in page memory only. No external tracking is added.

prosp3ctiv-before-call-v1 automatically retains selected answers, the current step, start date and whether the diagnostic is open in sessionStorage. It does not retain the first name, email, company, role or phone entered later. Progress survives reloads in the same tab; you can clear it with “Start again” or browser settings. It ends with the tab session, depending on your browser.

If storage is blocked, the diagnostic continues in page memory and warns that a refresh may lose progress. Internal interaction events do not use cookies, visitor identifiers or external tracking.

This policy describes storage implemented by the website. Browsers send cookies to servers according to their domain and path; localStorage and sessionStorage keep data locally. Application memory is not a cookie.

Public pages do not use analytics or advertising cookies, advertising pixels, cross-site tracking or session recording. Email communication does not enable visitor tracking on these pages.

Privacy Policy

prosp3ctiv-demo-handled-v1 holds the value 1 after you close the popup, continue to the Audit or perform a compatible action in the previous flow. It prevents the popup repeating in the same tab session. It contains no contact details, visitor identifier or browsing history.

Normally, sessionStorage survives page reloads and ends with the tab session. Session restoration may depend on the browser. If storage is unavailable, popup state remains only in application memory.

Answers and prefilling operate in application memory, not localStorage. A full reload loses answers that have not been saved.

“Save progress in this tab” retains Audit answers and the current step in sessionStorage using the existing prosp3ctiv-brief-draft-v1 key. Submission also stores answers, the technical request key and, after confirmed storage, the report and email status under the same key, for recovery without duplicating the request. Compatible legacy brief drafts are preserved, not overwritten. Data may include contact details and remains until local data is cleared or the tab session ends, depending on the browser.

Downloading text or printing/saving a PDF creates a copy on your device only at your request. The report stored in the Site is separate from the temporary browser copy.

prosp3ctiv-cookie-info-seen-v1 stores true after “Understood” to avoid repeating the notice. It contains no identifiers or answers. Code sets no expiry: it remains until site data is cleared. If storage is unavailable, acknowledgement remains only in page memory.

The action does not enable tracking or optional categories. The previous choices were replaced by a notice because they did not control an active optional category. Independent technical cleanup requests deletion of the old prosp3ctiv-optional-storage-v1 preference and prosp3ctiv-visit-v1 IndexedDB database, if present. The Site neither creates nor writes to that database; cleanup does not delete the Audit draft.

Public pages and commercial forms do not require sign-in. Separate portal and CRM access uses secure authentication. In the CRM, the first-party sidebar_state cookie records true/false for the sidebar, with path / and a seven-day max-age, when the sidebar state changes.

The authenticated portal form automatically retains answers in sessionStorage under prosp3ctiv:collaboration-draft:v5 until successful submission or the end of the tab session. Public forms do not load these mechanisms. The public simulator demo allows at most three exchanges and does not save its conversation. Full access is separate and verified in the account.

You can acknowledge the notice below or clear site data in your browser settings. Clearing localStorage resets the banner preference; clearing sessionStorage can lose the saved brief and allow the popup to reappear. Blocking storage may prevent these preferences being retained, without enabling tracking. On shared devices, avoid saving the brief and clear local data after use.
