Conversations imported for training
Imports contain anonymised text excerpts whose author confirms the right to use them. The account retains context, transcript, reflection, declared provenance and resulting feedback. This mode does not upload audio recordings. Automatic identifier detection is assistance and does not replace the author’s review of the material.
The material starts private. Authorised trainers can read the transcript and feedback only after explicit sharing; the company manager does not automatically gain access. Sharing can be withdrawn. AI analysis is requested separately and sends only the anonymised material described in the editor notice. Results are limited to the text and are not verification of external facts, personality profiles or automated decisions about a person.
The record’s expiry is displayed in the editor: 30 days from creation by default, configurable between 7 and 180 days within the platform policy. Expiry stops ordinary access; physical removal of expired records uses controlled maintenance, not a page visit. The author can export their own import or explicitly remove the transcript, reflection and feedback. Minimal operation and usage logs have a separate retention cycle.
Voice simulator
Voice mode is optional and is activated separately for each session. The microphone starts from the user-selected control. The user’s own intervention or an authorised WAV file of at most 60 seconds is sent for transcription; the simulated customer’s reply is sent for speech generation. Customer voices are AI-generated. We do not use voice for biometric identification, emotion inference or personality profiles.
Audio files are not archived in the platform database. An unsent transcript is retained in the account as a private draft; confirmed interventions become part of the session within its retention period, at most 180 days. Only the author can access voice drafts and audio operations. Trainers and managers see confirmed interventions only under the conversation’s permissions and sharing rules. Commercial feedback uses confirmed text, without assessment of vocal characteristics.
Turning voice mode off blocks new voice processing and late results; completed transcripts remain available to continue in text. Drafts are removed explicitly, and deleting training history removes session-linked voice data. Minimal usage records, including failed or uncertain requests, have a separate retention cycle for usage control.
Internal journey measurement
We record fixed-category events for calls to action, starting point, start, progress, back, abandonment, submission, success and error. Site and PROSP3CTIV 20 counters contain no name, email, phone, company, website, free text, business answers, list contents, URLs, raw UTM values or visitor identifiers. We use no analytics cookies, pixels or external measurement service. Events do not influence research criteria or results.
PROSP3CTIV 20 enquiry
The Romanian /20-oportunitati page uses the same starting points in a short brief. On submission we save your enquiry, contact details, brief, wording preference and bounded UTM parameters when supplied by the link. A website or short offer description, name, company and email are required. Phone and role are optional. We send an internal notification by email; you are not automatically subscribed to marketing.
Starting point and communication preferences
You can start with an existing list, a few companies, an ICP for finding new companies, or criteria that need clarification. Business research input is stored separately from your explicitly chosen wording preference. That preference changes communication only, not your criteria, ICP or recommendations. It is not a psychological profile.
For an existing list, the enquiry may include its format, approximate size, available information, priority gaps, scope and exclusions. There is no public list upload. After reviewing your request, we explain how to share it securely. Final free-text notes are optional.
Contact for research and conversation preparation
Contact requires a name, email, offer, objective or target companies, and acknowledgement of the privacy information. Company, website, phone and the additional message are optional. We save the enquiry, selected service, language, source, available UTM parameters, date and acknowledgement in existing request records, accessible to authorised people.
We send the internal notification and applicant acknowledgement by email. Storage and both email states are displayed separately. Retrying notifications for the same enquiry does not create a new enquiry or order. There is no newsletter enrolment; the handling and retention rules below apply.
Research application
The assessment at /en/apply interprets your answers only. The short result appears before contact details and is not verified external research. On submission, the answers, interpretation, suggested service, language, date, source and contact details are saved in existing request records. Name, company and email are required; phone and role are optional. The new flow requires a website or a short description of your offer.
We send the requested notification by email to office@prosp3ctiv.ro and a confirmation to the address entered. Storage and email sending are confirmed separately; provider acceptance does not guarantee inbox placement. You are not subscribed to a newsletter. Interaction counters are internal, without answer text or contact details. The enquiry handling and retention rules below apply.
Before the First Call diagnostic
The short result is calculated on your device before contact details are requested. It is not verified external research. Answers and your current step are automatically retained in this tab session; contact details are not included in that automatic draft.
Only when you request delivery do we save your answers, profile, suggested service, language, date, source and submitted contact details in the Site’s request records. First name, email and company are required; role and phone are optional. We send the requested result by email to you and a notification to office@prosp3ctiv.ro. We do not subscribe you to a newsletter. Interaction events are internal and temporary, without contact details or answer text; they are not sent to an analytics service. The enquiry handling and retention rules below apply.
Controller and contact
DUMITRU T. CRISTIAN PERSOANĂ FIZICĂ AUTORIZATĂ, tax identification number (CUI) 47512708, Trade Register no. F40/571/2023, with its professional office at București, Sector 1, Bulevardul Bucureștii Noi nr. 136, parter, ap. 5, Romania. PROSP3CTIV is the name used to present the services.
This policy covers public PROSP3CTIV pages, learning accounts, practice sessions and conversation imports, as well as enquiries submitted through the Prospecting Audit, Contact and associated briefs. Services are exclusively for professional, B2B relationships. Send personal data enquiries to office@prosp3ctiv.ro or the professional office address.
Information you provide
Information comes directly from you, through forms or correspondence. Forms request your name, company, website, business email and phone. Depending on the form, we receive your service interest, offer, target customer, message, your role, company and sales team sizes, declared alternatives and differentiation, learning goal and audit/brief answers: industries, company sizes, locations, buyer roles, sales process, signals, inclusions, exclusions and objective.
The enquiry includes its form type, language, source page and submission date. Fields marked * are required for online submission and for understanding and handling the enquiry; the form cannot be sent without them. The Contact context message is optional. Please do not include sensitive information or unnecessary personal data about other people.
Purposes and lawful bases
We use information to answer commercial enquiries, build the prospecting report from your answers, handle collaboration requests, prepare the brief and conduct pre-contractual communications. If you request services in your own name as a self-employed professional, steps you request before contracting and performance of the contract rely on GDPR Article 6(1)(b). For company representatives, communication and management of the professional relationship rely on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and organising B2B collaboration — Article 6(1)(f).
After contracting, we use information needed to provide services and manage the contractual relationship, following the same distinction. Compliance with legal obligations, including tax and accounting obligations, relies on Article 6(1)(c). Retention necessary to establish, exercise or defend rights relies, as applicable, on a legal obligation or our legitimate interest in protecting those rights.
Website operation and security, including request validation and prevention of abusive submissions, serve our legitimate interest in maintaining a safe, functioning service — Article 6(1)(f). Actual local storage is explained separately in the Cookie Policy.
Reading the notice or accepting the terms is not marketing consent. We do not use consent as the general basis for commercial enquiries. Public forms do not subscribe you to a newsletter and we do not use this information for advertising. We do not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you; the report applies explicit rules to self-reported answers, without automatic external research. Preliminary assessment of criteria does not replace human review or promise delivery of the 15 companies.
For optional transmission to AI simulation and feedback services, we use the agreement given before the exercise. You can withdraw it for future processing without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
How we use and share information
Enquiries, answers and reports are kept in PROSP3CTIV records and can be accessed by the controller and authorised people handling your request. Form information is not published.
We send the enquiry notification to the PROSP3CTIV team and a confirmation to the address you provide. Request storage and email sending are confirmed separately. An unconfirmed email does not erase an already saved request.
Before submission, progress may remain temporarily in the open page or tab. If you download or print a report, the copy created on your device remains under your control.
Hosting, storage and account access
We use IT service providers for hosting, storage, security, maintenance and authentication. They may process hosted content, account identification and technical information necessary for operation, within the role and terms applicable to their service.
This category includes providers in the European Economic Area and providers using international infrastructure. Information in protected areas is accessible only according to the account and permissions granted.
Correspondence services
Providers sending, receiving and storing email process addresses, message content and information necessary for delivery. The purpose is communication about your enquiry or collaboration, not automatic marketing enrolment.
Messages may be processed through services in the EEA and outside the EEA, including the United States. Information about transfers and safeguards appears below.
AI-assisted simulation and feedback
If you choose an AI customer exercise, specialist language-processing providers process the product sheet, preparation, conversation and reflection needed for simulation and feedback. This transmission is explained before the exercise and requires your explicit agreement.
Use fictional situations or information you are entitled to use. Do not enter sensitive information or confidential client information. Observations concern the exercise; they are not legal decisions or assessments of a person’s worth. Services may use infrastructure outside the EEA, including the United States.
Recipients, transfers and safeguards
Recipient categories reflect the activities actually used: infrastructure and authentication, correspondence and, when you choose this feature, processing for simulation and feedback. We do not sell enquiry information or publish it.
Information may be processed in the EEA or outside it, including in the United States. Relevant transfers use mechanisms provided by GDPR, such as adequacy decisions or, where applicable, Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not claim that all information is hosted exclusively in one country.
You can request information about the actual recipients of your information and a copy of relevant safeguards at office@prosp3ctiv.ro. This right also applies when the public notice describes recipient categories.
Retention
Commercial enquiries that do not lead to collaboration are retained for a maximum of 12 months, unless another basis or legal obligation justifies a different period. Client and contractual-relationship data may be kept during collaboration and afterwards for as long as necessary for legal, tax or accounting obligations or the defence of rights. We do not substitute a fixed period for one required by law.
These criteria govern retention by PROSP3CTIV. Security logs, backups and deletion may follow separate cycles under the applicable services, contractual duties and legal obligations. You can request details about your information at office@prosp3ctiv.ro.
Functional browser storage has the lifetimes explained in the Cookie Policy. Downloaded files and messages kept in your own email application remain under your control.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your situation. Contact office@prosp3ctiv.ro; we may request only information needed to verify your identity. We respond within the GDPR timeframe, generally one month, with any lawful extension explained and communicated.
You can complain to the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), without first having to contact us.
Security
We use request validation, access restrictions and abuse-prevention measures to protect information. These measures reduce risk without guaranteeing absolute security. Do not enter passwords, payment details or sensitive information in free-text fields. If you suspect an incident involving your information, email office@prosp3ctiv.ro.
Abuse prevention uses technical counters and a pseudonymous identifier derived from the IP address and rotated daily. These counters contain no raw IP address, answers or contact details and are not used for analytics or marketing. Counters older than two hours are removed on the next protected form request; cleanup does not run when there are no new requests.
Policy updates
Last updated: 4 November 2026. We will update this page when processing or relevant information changes. Material changes will be communicated appropriately; a policy update alone does not authorise a new incompatible purpose or replace consent where it would be required.
