Submitting an application requests human review; it does not confirm collaboration, research delivery or a guaranteed response time.

“We received your application” appears only after storage is confirmed. Email notification status is separate. Do not send a new application just because an email is unconfirmed.

The website presents PROSP3CTIV research, prospecting and commercial support services for professionals. Enquiries are made for professional purposes, for your own business or the company you represent. The website has no consumer purchasing flow.

These terms concern website use and enquiries. Paid services are governed by the offer and contract accepted by the parties.

Submitting a form requests a discussion or assessment. It is not a paid order, acceptance of an individual offer or an obligation to pay. Provide accurate professional details and only information you are entitled to share.

Services, deliverables, company volumes, fees, timing and responsibilities are agreed before collaboration starts. The website does not replace an individual agreement or establish implied payment, cancellation or commercial guarantee terms.

The Audit is free and creates no obligation to purchase a service. After completion and confirmed storage, you receive a report built by explicit rules from your answers and a Research Brief. The report is not verified external research, financial assessment or a promise of results.

Research on 15 documented companies is a later step, conditional on sufficient criteria and PROSP3CTIV review. It is not generated automatically or guaranteed for every request. A documented company is not automatically an interested prospect. Signals do not prove need, budget, intent or readiness to buy. Research does not guarantee meetings, replies or sales.

You may read and share links to public pages. Reuse of protected material must respect rights holders and statutory exceptions. Submitting a brief does not transfer rights in your materials or authorise their publication.

Do not use forms for spam, unlawful content or unlawfully obtained data, or attempt unauthorised access to protected areas. External links are provided for information; their respective operators control their content.

The Audit separately confirms request storage and email sending. An email error does not invalidate a saved request or report; if storage fails, the final report is not displayed. Website information may be updated; updates do not retrospectively change an agreed collaboration. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
